Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Our Shipping Partners & Delivery Times

To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with the UK’s most reliable couriers. All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped via one of the following services:

 Standard & Small Parcels: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, InPost Locker to Home or Relay. 

 Large & Heavy Parcels: Shipped via DPD Large Parcel.

Track Your Order

We believe in total transparency. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your journey.

 You can monitor your delivery in real-time via the Royal Mail or DPD tracking portals.

 Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your link.

Important Information

 Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
