 What Data We Collect: When you buy from us, we collect your name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details to fulfill your order. We also automatically collect your IP address and device information via cookies to help improve our store.  

 Why We Need It (Lawful Basis): We process your data to fulfill our contract with you (delivering your order), to comply with legal obligations (such as UK tax and accounting laws), and under our legitimate interests (preventing fraud and optimizing our website). We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt-in at checkout.

 Who We Share It With: We never sell your data. We only share it with essential third parties required to run our business, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment processors, and our shipping partners (Royal Mail and DPD).

 Data Retention: We keep your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and to comply with UK tax laws (typically 6 years).

 Your Rights: You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, request that we correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your personal information.
